Experience gained from killing enemies has been increased by 75%.
No one knows anymore who assembled such a mechanism, but many came to call it Flugegeheimen. Its creator clearly had imagination; sanity is another matter.
Crisis - Any hit has a 25% chance to deal an additional 200% damage.
The staff is always charged regardless of the level of the Master of Intelligence skill. On hit, there is a 5% chance to instantly deal 2500 damage.
When equipped with a full set of Rescuer armor, the chance of dealing instant damage increases to 10% and the damage itself to 5000, and also adds a 25% chance to restore 25 health when killing an enemy.
Repair requires repair kit (legendary).
